Spiritual Dimensions of ET Contact

Gothic allegory explores spiritual dimensions of ET contact on UFO Mountain

By Jon Kelly UFO Examiner

Although it was painted in late fifteenth century Italy, Carlo Crivelli’s Annunciation with St. Emidius displays unique visual elements that closely match video recordings of UFO’s from the ECETI Ranch in Washington State. These seemingly timeless visual parallels are the focus of a new episode for UFO Mountain, the weekly online documentary series exploring ET contact at the ECETI Ranch and the reported UFO base inside of Mt. Adams.

Signore Crivelli’s Annunciation is traditionally considered a form of allegory that attempts to reconcile visions of the prophet Ezekiel with the divine conception of the Virgin Mary. Visual elements including a luminous disc with a halo, a conceptual mountain temple, a bird that emerges from a coronal display, representations of the Virgin Mary and a beam of light that intercepts a person’s body are found both in Annunciation and the ECETI visual catalogue (recorded 500 years later).

NASA Engineer’s Spaceships

ECETI Ranch’s James Gilliland spoke to host Roxy Lopez on The Truth Denied Talk Radio this past Friday, March 9, 2012 highlighting the challenges present in attempting to resolve what are described as wrathful and loving aspects of God presented in the Bible’s Old and New Testaments.  Like former NASA engineer Josef F. Blumrich, author of The Spaceships of Ezekiel, Mr. Gilliland told the Truth Denied audience how he finds the biblical reference to “a whirlwind [which] came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness” descriptive of a UFO landing incident.

In his exclusive on-camera remarks to this week’s episode of UFO Mountain, James Gilliland talks about spiritual journeys, research, talks with yoga practitioners and readings of Vedic scriptures that inform his opinion of how “UFOs have always been a part of our history. They’ve been a part of our culture, our religious history; they go back to our ancient origins.”

UFO City

Musicians (including singer Robbie Williams) represent a segment of the international arts community interested in UFO’s and ET contact who have visited the ECETI Ranch, near Mt. Adams in Washington State. Global interest in these and other related phenomena show a persistent influence that extends musically beyond the original five-note motif from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Most recently, the New Musical Express gave an 8/10 score to LostAlone’s I’m A UFO In This City citing the “unabashed explosion” of “dirty riffs”.

Carlo Crivelli’s exploration of the urban UFO experience in Annunciation with St. Emidius includes a haloed object in the sky along with the beam of light emitted onto the forehead of a person meditating inside of a mountain temple within a conceptual city of prophecy (or mind).

Revisiting Iconic Forms

Readers familiar with the first five episodes of the UFO Mountain series will recognize the haloed night vision UFO taped at ECETI from Rider of the Cosmos. This is contemporary video of an event that reflects the geometry of Crivelli’s UFO.

The video has been edited in such a way as to appear to show a “wheel within a wheel.”

Temple of the Tiger’s mountain temple trigram is also revisited in light of Crevilli’s portrayal of the annunciation as an event that takes place at the temple within a “New Jerusalem.” New Jerusalem is a conceptual “city of God” first proposed in Ezekiel.

The viewer is able to understand this dimension of the painting when considering the city model that appears on St. Emidius’ lap, displayed as if seen from the perspective of a birds-eye view. According to Ezekiel, the New Jerusalem is a city of the future.
