Keynote Speaker
This year’s keynote address will be presented by Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, Med, whose new book “The Dimensional Ecology of the Omniverse” integrates empirical data from both intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations and the “intelligent civilizations of souls in the Interlife.” The work further demonstrates a new hypothesis of a functioning ecology of “intelligence in the dimensions in the Omniverse.” A graduate of Yale University and Yale Law School in international law as well as a Fulbright Scholar in international economic integration in Uruguay, the author has taught economics at Yale University and constitutional law at the University of Texas.
