Maine witness: Entire UFO was a silent ‘glowing object’

A Maine witness reports watching a “glowing object” from a home window and then noticed the “television froze for the next hour” on December 9, 2011, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting network.
The witness described the object’s motions.
“The object hovered, then continued on out of my sight – slowly at first,” the witness stated. “I thought it was an explainable event – aka helicopter. But then took notice that the whole object glowed; not just a light – and no sounds.”
No images or videos were included with the MUFON report, which was filed on December 9, 2011. No town name was mentioned in the public portion of the report. The above quotes were edited for clarity.
Maine is a current UFO ALERT 5 rating, with a low number of UFO sightings nationally. Maine had 4 reports in November 2011 – the 36th highest reporting state – compared to California with 72 cases, the highest reporting state in the nation.
