An epic assortment of strobing objects were seen on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 in the hours after Spain’s pyrotechnic “ODYSSEY” performance at Vancouver’s Celebration of Light, the international fireworks festival and competition that concludes Saturday at English Bay. Live video from the Vancouver UFO Skywatch (VUFOS) Night Vision Skycam revealed how unidentified flying objects oscillated in magnitude during a time when satellite tracking timetables indicated no visible passes of the United States Air Force X-37B were to be expected. These repeated oscillations suggest possible CE-5 communications from extraterrestrials engaged in operations over the city such as those that have been recorded extensively by camera operators and witnesses over a multi-decade period. Independent third-party documentation of the VUFOS evidence was provided by Ustream.tv, whose online archive of the Night Vision Skycam raw data feed is available for scientific investigation and review.

Black Budget Space Warfare
The British Register, described as one of the world’s largest online tech publications, calls the US Air Force X-37B a “secret space warplane … with a cargo bay said to be about the same size as that of a pickup truck.” While this vehicle appears intended for “top-secret intelligence missions which [sic] would be extremely difficult for other nations to monitor”, satellite tracking tables from Heavens Above show how the X-37B was nowhere near Vancouver when morphing UFO’s were captured on video, with only one appearance over the city noted for July 27, 2011.
However, a suspicious drop in the live VUFOS Night Vision Skycam feed at 1:19am PST on Thursday, August 4, 2011 suggests the possibility that a “Digital Blackwater”-type security operation “spiked” live online access to these extraordinary images as they were being transmitted in real time. The unexpected data drop resulted in an irrecoverable termination of that night’s broadcast, although VUFOS’ onsite data recorder continued to log events up through 2am PST, the scheduled end time for the show.
Ustream.tv tech support was notified and VUFOS is awaiting further information based upon their expert assessment of this incident.
Intelligent Behaviors
During the final minutes of the broadcast UFO’s entered the camera’s field of view (FOV) early Thursday morning in ways suggestive of intelligent behaviors intended to notify observers of their presence. It is uncanny to reflect upon how these objects oscillated for the camera in their own special celebration of light during many more incidents than what could reasonably be attributed to chance. Numerous witnesses concur that ET’s operating these interdimensional spacecraft effectively produce the scenes depicted in UFO videos. Their celebratory light displays captured on video, provide evidence for the possibility of psi-coordinated taping where intuition and precognition guide system positioning by the camera operator, while sentient telepathic capabilities guide direction of flight and display functions by ET pilots.
Examiner.com has reported how Dr. Steven M. Greer’s Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) introduced CE-5 incidents to the Close Encounters model, defining them as “a fifth category of close encounters with Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ETI), characterized by mutual, bilateral communication rather than unilateral contact.”
Epic Event
Now in its twenty-first year, the Vancouver Celebration of Light is one not only of the city’s largest festivals but is considered to be one of the most prestigious events of its kind in the world. Spain’s “ODYSSEY” theme invoked an epic voyage surrounding a hero’s return home from battle as outlined in Homer’s original poem; reportedly the second surviving work of Western literature claimed to be composed near the end of the eighth century BC.
