On July 13,2013 while visiting my Mother in a Daycare home in Scarborough I went outside to have a cigarette. After about three – four minutes I noticed a strange white object glinting on and off. This thing was extremely high.

Yet stay almost stationary high above the Nursing home. It was a appearing after couple seconds disappearing – on and off. I pulled out my phone camera and attempted to capture it on film.

With no success, I walked across the parking lot to retrieve my camera. Still there when I arrived back under three minutes. I took more pictures and then my wife came out wondering what I doing.
After not seeing it anymore after ten minutes I returned back inside to see my Mother in the nursing home.
This once again confirms a presence I’m noticing where ever I go I’m watching something that is definitely watching us *

It also had a darken almost silver structure to it as it twinkled on and off You really had to look for it to see it!
