It would appear there was a saucer crash in Germany in 1936 that initiated the German Saucer Program. An operational craft was flight tested in 1939, but such electromagnetic-electrogravitic propelled craft could not be used in the war effort. At the end of World War Two the United States and Russia gathered up not only the conventional rocket propulsion scientists, but the German saucer scientists, along with much of their equipment to kick start their parallel conventional and non-conventional space programs. Both countries and their allies chose to keep their exotic secret space programs secret and used their conventional propulsion programs as cover programs.
It was not long before conventional propulsion became obsolete in the early 1960s. The rocket programs became little more than expensive propaganda operations for public consumption, in order to maintain a propaganda narrative that was fast diverging from the real narrative. The secret space program came under increasing control of the global elite organized around Bilderberg a group of powerful global industrialists, bankers and European royalty. Project Horizon the 1959 Army project to put bases on the moon, was apparently secretly implemented to put secret bases on the Moon and Mars.

Area 51 engineer Bill Uhouse claimed to have worked with a Grey alien on saucer flight simulators to teach pilots to fly the saucers in the early 1960s.

About ten years ago Gary McKinnon of the UK hacked into NASA computers and discovered the code name Solar Warden and rosters of off-world officers and lists of hull numbers of large space carrier craft larger than two football fields and their smaller protectors. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/darren-perks/solar-warden-the-secret-space-program_b_1659192.html I found out when I researched this case that Solar Warden had already become public knowledge through a secret source at the Open Minds Forum years before Gary McKinnon. Later I and other found even more sources confirming Solar Warden that I have included in my book UFOs Exopolitics and the New World Disorder. Wendelle Stevens not long before he died told me that he had a source that past NSA director Bobby Inman’s company SAIC was manufacturing the saucers to go in the carrier craft and flying them up to the fleet in space.
Obviously in such a short article I don’t have room to produce all the source material I have in my book supporting the time line from Nazi Germany saucer programs to the present Bilderberg Secret Space Fleet. There are always those who can’t make the jump to more advanced understanding who say there is not enough evidence even though the UFO community has accumulated a huge amount of evidence the past 70 years.
My contention is that it’s not more evidence that is needed, but exopolitical concepts such as this time line to the secret space program, in order to make sense of the evidence nodes and to sort out the huge amount of UFO/ET trash clogging our understanding of the big picture relating to extraterrestrial contact.
