Talk radio host Alfred Webre has authored the definitive Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe, based on his 2000 book that was the first book to introduce the science of Exopolitics – the science of relations among intelligent civilizations – as a formal field of study. A former Fulbright Scholar and graduate of Yale University, he was also a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for the Study of Social Policy at the Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, California in the 1970’s. It was during his time at SRI that Mr. Webre was Principal Investigator for a proposed civilian scientific study of extraterrestrial communication developed with interested Domestic Policy staff of the Carter White House administration.
“The scientific and public policy goal of the proposed 1977 Carter White House Extraterrestrial Communication Study was to fill a substantial gap in civilian scientific knowledge of the UFO (Unidentified Flying Object phenomenon), Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (EBEs), and related phenomena. This knowledge gap was created and maintained by excessive secrecy practices and regulations of U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence agencies in the various generations of its UFO-programs since the late 1940s, including but not limited to Project Grudge and Project Blue Book, as well as other alleged secret programs.”
During the conference, Mr. Webre will be sharing his latest research into Intelligent Civilizations in the Multi-Verse as part of a world lecture tour that has already seen these unique materials presented on 3 different continents. Paul Elder is a trainer at the world renowned Monroe Institute in Virginia where he teaches Remote Viewing classes, working with former army officers, Skip Atwater and Joe McMoneagle. A former CTV news reporter and mayor of a Canadian city, Mr. Elder’s participation in consciousness exploration programs at the Monroe Institute led to personal contacts within the U.S. Government’s ‘Top Secret’ military intelligence ‘psychic spying program’ known as Project Star Gate. His book Eyes of an Angel explores near-death and out-of-body experiences, encouraging readers to listen to their own intuition and strive towards a heart-centered approach to living.
